[MaxLite] SM100 Go LIVE TOMORROW

To All,

 

Please be advised that SM100 will go live tomorrow morning right after I
review all financial data.  Here is action plan tomorrow:

 

1)      Stop entering data in RW

2)      Check that you have proper SM100 live version.  Please contact IT if
you are not sure about it

3)      Once I say "OK to go", customer orders can be processed into SM100

4)      I will have a short meeting with Christine, Anna, Cynthia, Steve,
Arnold and Ock( their entries will affect financial data)to set up a daily
audit trail (compare raw data with those in SM100)

 

Thank all for your cooperation and patience and appreciate Joon and Vin for
their dedicated effort for this project.
