[MaxLite] Testing SM100 by double entries

To All,

 

Please be advised that we will test SM100 by double entries in RW and SM 100
(test module) from Oct 19 to Oct 21:

 

1)      Sales orders- each CSR will enter into RW and Nicole to SM100.  CSR
entering order cut off time- 4 PM: for Nicole to catch up.

2)      Arnold does not have to do credit release in SM100.

3)      Jong and Jay- please give one copy of daily shipping documents to
Joon.  Joon will do credit release and shipping in SM100

4)      Double Entry: Christine- invoicing and cash receipt, Anna- credit (
please do on daily basis) and good receipt, Steve -PO issue,
Cynthia-shipping and AP entering, Ock- payment

5)      Arnold will cross check daily sales (including commission) and
credit report in SM100 with RW - will report to me and discuss together with
Christine.

6)      Anna will cross check daily cash receipt with RW- will report to me
and discuss together with Christine

7)      Vin will cross check daily sales order report in SM100 with RW

8)      Joon has developed daily activity report for each department.  I
will toss them to Steve, Anna, Cynthia and Ock to cross check their own
activity.

 

Please let me know if you have any comments on the subject. I really need
your final touch on this long term project.  Target Kick off date- Nov 1.
