[MaxLite] NJ HQ Conference & show room Scheduling

To prevent double bookings that sometimes occurs regarding our HQ conference
rooms, we have set up two Calendars ( see attached) on the MaxLite Calendar
portal for scheduling conference room time.  

 

In the event you need to use either of the two conference rooms, please
check the rooms respective calendar to verify its availability.  If you find
your time slot is available, please e-mail your request with your meeting
name, date, start time and duration to Pat Sweeney and Nicole Anthony. Pat
will be responsible for entering your scheduled time on to the calendar and
confirming it back to you. In the event Pat is out, Nicole Anthony will be
her back up that is why she needs to be copied. 

 

In the event of a scheduling conflict, please contact the appropriate
individual to work out  the schedule if you really can't move your meeting.
Once you have confirmed it is ok, send your request to Pat and copy the
other party as confirmation of the schedule change.
