[MaxLite] SM100 test and launching schedule

Please review the following SM100 test (training) and launching schedule:

 

1)      Sept 19- 23:  Invoicing and Cash Application- Christine and Arnold
almost complete

2)      Sept 26-27:  Credit- Anna and Arnold

3)      Sept 28-30: Sales order: CSR - CSR enters customer POS into SM100.
Nicole- RW

4)      Oct 3-Oct 5:  Purchasing- Steve, Anna and Cynthia

5)      Oct 6-Oct 7: AP- Ock, Anna and Cynthia

6)      Oct 10-Oct 11: Logistic: Jong. Cho, Jay, Jay R

7)      Oct 12-Oct 14- Joon, Vin and Damian- program review

8)      Oct 17-Oct19- Live test: all staffs must do double entries into RW
and SM100

9)      Oct 20-Oct31- Joon, Vin and Damian- Final program review and
individual training if necessary.

 

Appreciate it if you cooperate with IT with your whole heart so that we can
kick in SM100 as of Dec 1
