[MaxLite] Dec budget meeting Dec 14-16

We are going to hold the annual budget meeting Dec 14 -16 at the NJ office.

The format of the three day meetings will be the same as last year. 

The preliminary agenda is as follows:

 

Dec 13   arrival at NJ from the remote offices

Dec 14   brainstorming for next four years' growth; 2012 strategy
presentation by Management, Product and Marketing

Dec 15   one on one review between each Sales VP and management; in
parallel, Sales VP/DSM will meet support functions and IT

Dec 16   presentation of 2012 sales plan by each Sales group and Operations;
company holiday party starting 6PM

 

More details will be sent shortly.

 

Remember COUNTDOWN 100: we still have 92 DAYS to achieve the 2011 revenue
goal $42.8M!
