It was bought to my attention that we forgot the December 2012 Employee of
the Month, Jen Vincent (sorry Jen).

 

Last year we sent the ballot out before the December 2012 employee of the
month was announced.

 

Please see revised ballot attached and use this one that now includes Jen!

It is time to vote for the 2013 MaxLite Employee of the Year.

 

Attached is the ballot listing all the Employee of the Month winners for
2013.

 

Casting your ballot is as easy as 1 2 3...

 

1.    Please choose who you think should be the 2013 MaxLite Employee of the
Year by clicking in the box next to their name on the attached ballot.

2.    Mention briefly why you feel they should be in the area next to their
name.

3.    Save your pdf and then email it to Yon Sung @ ysung at maxlite.com by
12/6/13.

 

The winner will be announced at the 2013 Holiday Party on 12/20/13.
