[MaxLite] past and future

To All 

 

I  want to let each person ,  especially engineering know that I accept that
in the past months I   have been slow and in some situations unresponsive
to communicating and to relaying information of projects . I know this has
created  difficulty for  others to complete there tasks . I am  committed to
turning the direction  to accomidate and facccilitate all those needing
information and to especially push products through the channels . 

 

To engineering 

I want to begin with requesting each person in the engineering dept to send
me a complete list of there current task . 

 

To others

any request needed from engineering please Do Not hand the  the  project to
anyone but me James . I will need to lknow of all that is being requested
and therefore all projects will be filtered through by me . 

 

regarding corespondance I will make it  a habit to  promptly respond  to all
. and when I am out of pocket or traveling I will send notice of when I will
be available 

 

I apologize for the past and hope that all will be satisfied with my future
performance
