[MaxLite] Customer Sub Territory

Dear All,

 

We were having skewed KPI numbers for a while when it compared to sales
analysis. Sum of north/south sales figures of each C&I territory didn't
match those of territory totals. The reason? Using sub territory of
customer's REP for analyzing north/south sales of C&I territory (that was
what we had best for this) had given us discrepancy because some of western
customers users have eastern REP numbers, for example.

 

The cure. We now have independent sub territory for each customer as shown
below. Sub territory of all customers were batch updated based on their
REP's sub territory initially. If you need exception, please update the sub
territory of your customer accordingly. This way, a customer's sub territory
is no longer need to be subjected to that of their REP's.

 

Once set up properly, this sub territory travels to orders, invoices, and
sales analysis/KPI. As of now, the rift between sales analysis and KPI
numbers are filled. Please review and give me your feedback if you find any
additional things to be done.
