[MaxLite] Using backup IP

Dear users from outside NJ headquarter,

 

Our main IP address is experiencing connection issue. If your SM100 is not
working, please select backup network to get detour connected to SM100.
Here's how you do it.

 

1)    Click "Tool" icon on the right-bottom of login window.



 

2)    Select "Backup Network" and click "OK". Then your SM100 will restart
using backup network you choose. 



3)    Please set it back to "Main Network" once the problem is cleared up
because "Main Network" is always faster and more stable.
