I have problem in updating &loging system .   I am present at 8:34 today , but record display 9:34 ,what happened ?

I have problem in updating &loging system.The updating system stops at the middle,
 
 
Then I closed the system and started again,it shows like this,
 
 
 
I restarted the computer again and again,but still no use,could you do help to solve the problem?I have to logo into system since the Pos’ issue has been pended due to the problem

SM100 currently handles 99,999 rows of data at a time. We will increase the number to 999,999,999 over the weekend. Should any of you weekend users encounter an error message, please log out and back into system. You will probably see something like this:
 
 
Our current capacity of 99,999 is good to most of users but not for couple of users who want to delve in deeper.
