[MaxLite] Phone System Reboot at 6pm

Hello All,
In accordance with some networking updates taking place in Anaheim I have
been asked to Reboot the Phone system. This is a warning to give you ample
time to plan for a 3-5 minute loss of phone service during the reboot of the
phone system.
