[MaxLite] MaxLite - Human Resources Updates

All-

I want to bring everyone up to speed on a few HR related topics.  As we continue to make organizational improvements keeping everyone informed is essential.

ADP transition to Paylocity: we recently identified Paylocity as a better human resources information system for MaxLite to replace ADP.  Implementation of Paylocity is well underway, and we completed our first successful payroll this week.  Over the next few weeks the time keeping system will be upgraded and PTO completed.  We will continue to keep everyone updated as new Paylocity modules go live and are ready for you to view.

New people: we recently welcomed some new faces to the MaxLite family.  Rodney Skinner started a few weeks ago as our new South Central RSM.  Josh Heathcote is now spending 100% of his time cultivating HazLoc opportunities.  This week Cindy Harvey-Barrett joined us in the NJ office as a part of the HR team.  Cindy reports to me in a Coordinator role as we prepare for Sadye Peters upcoming leave of absence.  We also expect to be adding a few more new faces over the next few weeks.

There have also been some departures over the past few weeks: Ed Steen, Jason Cottone, Anna Schast, Thomas Rukaj, Connor Arnell, Lisenny Pimentel, and Rich Carr.  We wish each of them the best in their future both personally and professionally.

At the end of July there will be Company Town Hall meetings hosted by Spencer in West Caldwell and Anaheim.  Remote employees and those in Indiana will be provided the opportunity to join (via Webex) either of the two sessions.  China will be hosted separately in the same week, also via Webex.  During the Town Hall meetings Spencer will share some of the specific details of the "Strategic Plan" that everyone has been hearing about over the past few months.  He will also update everyone how the company is doing YTD.  We encourage everyone to attend and participate by taking this opportunity to ask questions.  Maxlite and all of you have made noticeable positive changes in the past few months.  We are committed to continuing these efforts and welcome your feedback and suggestions.
