[MaxLite] Paylocity - Time Off Requests

US EMPLOYEES-------

Effective immediately please request all time off thru Paylocity.

Go to your home page (Self Service Portal):

Select the Tile TIME OFF > Select the REQUEST TIME link

Once submitted you and your manager will receive an email notification. Once your manager approves/declines the time you will receive a confirmation email.

We also ask that you review your available balance/time taken -kindly let us know if something seems off, we will take a look and adjust accordingly. Your patience is greatly appreciated!!
