[MaxLite] SPAM EMAILS - BE CAREFUL

As you read and respond to your emails it is extremely important to evaluate unusual requests. If you receive an email requesting that you make a company purchase or send data, first check the email (did it come from a Maxlite address??). Even if the email looks correct, click respond (does the email still match up the employee or is it some obscure address??).


  *   WHAT TO DO:



     *   DO NOT RESPOND!!
     *   DO NOT ACT!!
     *   If you are unsure - ask the person sending the request (separately) or reach out to your IT support for guidance
     *   If you are SURE that it is a SPAM - save the email and send to your IT Support immediately so they can block the sender.
