[MaxLite] MaxLite Sales Team - Reorganization

I'm happy to announce the reorganization of our Sales Team.  Vince and I have spent the last couple of months reviewing how best to align our Sales team to better serve our reps, distributors, customers; and grow our sales.  The new structure will also help Vince, along with other leaders more efficiently lead our sales team and maximize productive interaction within MaxLite, and externally to the market too.

Also, we are pleased to announce the promotions of Jason Cottone to Vice President of our Utility Programs team; and Stephen Mitchell to Vice President of our ESCO and National Account teams.  Both of these promotions are well deserved and will help us more effectively grow our business in these important and dynamic markets.  Please join me in congratulations both Jason and Stephen on their well-deserved promotions.

Attached, for your reference, is an updated (internal use only) organizational chart of our entire Sales team.  If you have any questions, please contact Vince or me anytime to discuss.
