[MaxLite] MaxLite Welcomes Peter Maier - Chief Financial Officer

MaxLite, a leading global manufacturer and marketer of energy-efficient lighting solutions, is pleased to announce the hiring of Peter Maier, Chief Financial Officer.
Peter brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and other leadership roles from high growth electronics manufacturing to MaxLite.
Peter will be helping us to improve our financial management system, strengthen our business processes and improve our use of technology tools to support our continued growth. Please help me in welcoming Peter to MaxLite.
Peter previously held progressively senior positions at public and private companies including INFICON, Oerlikon, Deloitte Consulting and Heidelberg. Peter holds a Master's degree in business administration and computer science from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Germany. Peter and his wife Michele are looking forward to relocating and exploring the Garden State with their 3 children and 2 dogs.
Peter officially starts his with us Monday May 20th.
