As you are aware, the U.S. Trade Representative implemented an additional 15% tariff on Chinese-manufactured components and finished goods in May, bringing the total tariff on these items to 25%. Although this action made it necessary for MaxLite to adjust our pricing, we were able to leverage our global sourcing capabilities outside of China to apply a blended increase instead of a flat percentage, thereby mitigating the effects of tariffs on our customers.<br><br>
