The chip seal projects described in yesterday's e-mail will start next =
Monday August 25.
The emulsion sets up rather quickly. They follow the sprayer with the =
coated gravel and then the rollers. Traffic can go on immediately =
afterwards.=20
It will be very important that no vehicles are parked on the asphalt =
surfaces that are going to be chip sealed, so no parking will be in =
effect for those areas immediately prior to the work. Temporary "No =
Parking" signs will be posted.
