NOXIOUS WEED NOTICE

     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to each and every person who owns, occupies or controls land in the following municipalities: TOWNS OF SPRINGFIELD AND MIDDLETON, County of Dane, State of Wisconsin, to cut or destroy all CANADA THISTLE, LEAFY
SPURGE and FIELD BINDWEED (commonly known as Creeping Jenny), and any other such weeds defined as noxious by County or Local Ordinance or Resolution on all lands owned, occupied or controlled by you in the said municipalities at such time and in such manner as shall effectively prevent them from bearing seed, or spreading to adjoining property, as required by Section 66.96 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
