Most of the free spruce trees on the City of Middleton's Quisling =
Park-North (on the north side of=20
Airport Road and east of the Tallard Conservancy sign) have been taken =
and virtually=20
all of the rest have been picked out and marked for transplanting. The =
spruce tree by the Tallard Conservancy=20
Sign and the trees south of the new berm are not available. Removal of =
those trees will constitute theft.
