Some people arrived as early as 6:30 a.m. to be in line. One person who =
arrived at 7:08 a.m. recieved his ballot at 7:17 a.m. a 9 minute wait. =
After that there were virtually no lines and waits probably never =
exceeded 2 minutes.=20
