A recent newspaper acticle rreported on cats and dogs being shot while =
off of their owners property. The article stated that Dane County does =
not have an ordinance requiring owners to keep cats and dogs from =
wandering off of their property. The Town of Middleton does prohibit =
cats or dogs from being off of the owners property unless the animal is =
under the direct control of a responsible person.
