REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
TOWN OF SPRINGFIELD
To all interested parties:
A public hearing will be held on April 11, 2005 @ 7:30 P.M. at the =
Springfield Town
Hall, 6157 County Hwy P, Dane, to hear comments on the following matter:
A request has been filed by Yahara Materials, Inc. for a conditional use =
permit in Section 26 & 35 for a portable asphalt plant in the existing =
Meinholz Quarry owned by Larry and Karen Burcalow.
At the hearing all interested persons will have an opportunity to =
register to speak.
Guidelines for the process may be requested from the town hall office. =
Action will not be taken, this is only to obtain public comment.
Copies of the application and information on the plant are available for =
viewing at the town hall during office hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., =
Monday thru Friday. Phone: 849-7887
