Until further notice, the Town will continue to have a roll off dumpster =
available for Town Residnets to dispose of yard waste. The dumpster is =
located south of the Town garage (use the Pioneer Road driveway). =
Appropriate materials are grass clippings, weeds, leaves, pumpkins, corn =
stalks and sod.=20
Branches, stumps, rocks, containers, bags, recyclables and trash should =
not be placed in the yard waste roll off dumpster. There are others =
areas and containers for those items. It is important that these items =
be removed from the dumpster. Otherwise, the multi-ton load will have to =
be disposed of as waste at $36 per ton. If the present level of abuse =
continues, the Town may elect to discontinue the program.
If possible, users should remove the inappropriate items or at least not =
cover up the items with their own yard waste.
