The Spring Primary is scheduled for Tuesday, April 6th. All registered
voters have the opportunity to vote by absentee ballot.

There are two ways to obtain an absentee ballot:

1. In person: Come to the Town Hall at 7555 W. Old Sauk Road, Verona
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Thursday or
Friday 8:00 a.m. until Noon.=20

2. By mail: Absentee ballots will be mailed to registered voters if a
written request is submitted.=20

You do not need to use a form, however. You can send a written request
that must include:

*	Address to which the ballot should be mailed,=20

Mail the request to the Town of Middleton, 7555 W. Old Sauk Road,
Verona, WI 53593. Ballots will be mailed out through the Thursday before
the election. Absentee ballots must be received in the Town Hall on or
before election day. Ballots received after the election date will not
