It is
possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other =

bodies of the town may be in attendance at any of the meetings to gather
information; however, no action will be taken by any governmental body =
at said
meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to in the
meeting notice.

disability as defined by the American With Disabilities Act that =

meeting or materials at the meeting to be in an accessible location or =

Sections
of the railroad at the Pleasant View Road crossing are in need of =
repair. Attached
is the traffic control plan to allow the needed road closure. The =
current
plan is to close Pleasant View Road immediately south of Highway 14 from =
9:00
a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, November 22. If weather conditions =
don't
allow for the work to be done next Monday, the same hours will then =
apply to Tuesday,
November 23. Please follow the detour and thank you for your =
patience.

a “Campaign Registration Statement” by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 4, =

first day on which you can circulate nomination papers. The
“Declaration of Candidacy” is supposed to be filed before =
you
circulate nomination papers. Nomination papers have to be filed =
with me
by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 4, =
