Absentee ballots are available at the Town Hall for the September 14,
2010 Partisan Primary.  There are two ways to obtain an absentee ballot:

1. In Person: Come to the Town Hall, 7555 W. Old Sauk Road, Verona,
between the hours of 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., Monday thru Thursday and
8:00a.m.-Noon on Fridays.=20

2. By Mail: Absentee ballots will be mailed to registered voters if a
written request is submitted.=20

You do not need to use a form, however. You can send a written request
that must include:

*	Name,=20
*	Town of Middleton address,=20
*	Address to which the ballot should be mailed,=20
*	Original signature.=20

Mail the request to the Town of Middleton, 7555 W. Old Sauk Road,
Verona, WI 53593. Ballots will be mailed out through the Thursday before
the election. Absentee ballots must be received at the Town Hall on or
before election day. Ballots received after the election date will not
be counted.=20
