Yes, access to your business will be allowed using Timber Lane.  I have
talked to the contractor and he is aware that more traffic will be
heading to your property the month of June.  We prefer people access
Windsong via Timber Lane.  You are welcome to post signage indicating
the detour route and that access is opened for Berry Hill Farm.

I would like to ask about access to our strawberry farm (Berry Hill
Farm) during the month of June and possibly the first week in July which
represents our harvest season.  We are located on the corner of Windsong
Circle and Old Sauk Road near Timber lane.  It is really important that
the folks have access to our farm to pick their own strawberries or to
pick up their prepicked orders.  Will Windsong Circle be accessible from
Timberlane?  If you are posting a signed indicating for local traffic
only can we post a sign indicating and access to Berry Hill Farm? If
they won't be able to drive from Pioneer Park to Windsong Circle would
it be possible for us to post a sign indicating a detour route to our
farm?

As many of you are aware, the Town is reconditioning Old Sauk Road this
summer between Timber Lane and Pioneer Road.  We have coordinated with
the contractor to start at the west end of Old Sauk Road near Timber
Lane so that access can remain to Pioneer Park and the Town Hall until
August 1st.  If you need to access to Pioneer Park for baseball
games/practice, tennis, playground, etc. Old Sauk Road will be open in
front of the entrance to the parking lot until August 1st.

There are barricades up limiting traffic, but for those people needing
access to Pioneer Park or the Town Hall you are permitted to drive
around the barricades.
