This is the last reminder that the Town of Middleton Park Commission is
asking Town Residents for their opinion regarding our parks, trails, and
recreational resources, as well as your thoughts on future priorities.
This survey will only take about 10 minutes to complete. The deadline
for completing the survey is Monday, April 30th so please take time this
