Notice Is Hereby Given that the Town of Middleton Board of Supervisors,
County of Dane, will conduct a meeting for the transaction of business
as is by law required or permitted at such meeting as follows:
LOCATION: Town Hall
7555 W. Old Sauk Road,=20
Verona, WI 53593
DATE: Monday, June 11, 2012
TIME: 6:30 P.M.=20
Items for Possible Consideration:
1. Proof of Posting and Notice.
2. Closed Session. The Town Board intends to convene into
closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of
deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the
investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business
because competitive and bargaining reasons require a closed session.
The subject matter of the closed session is the proposed American
Transmission Company's Badger-Coulee transmission line project.
3. 7:00 P.M. Reconvene in Open Session.
4. Pledge of Allegiance.
5. Informational meeting without representatives of American
Transmission Company. American Transmission Company has decided not to
attend this meeting. Residents of the Town will be able to submit
questions regarding the Badger-Coulee transmission line project to the
Board. Questions that cannot be answered by the Town will be forwarded
to American Transmission Company for a response. The answers will be
posted on the Town website and emailed to the citizens list =20
6. Possible creation of an ad-hoc committee.
7. Reconvene in Closed Session. The Town Board intends to
