The levy was increased only by same amount as new construction, which is
to say there should be no change in taxes to property owners ON AVERAGE.
Of course, with the re-evaluation, your taxes may go up or down
depending on how your assessment changed compared to the average 4%
decrease. Our levy is only relevant to the Town's portion of your taxes;
we do not control the State, School, County or other taxes that are part
of your property tax bill.=20
