The Town Board would like to inform all interested parties of a Public
Hearing on the proposed Dane County manure digester to be located in the
Town of Springfield, near the intersection of Schneider and Church
Roads, just north of the Town of Middleton. Please see below for more
information.

To all interested parties:
A public hearing will be held on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.
at the Springfield Town Hall, 6157 CTH P, Dane to hear comments on the
following matter:
The public hearing will be held to gather public input on the request to
rezone 15 acres from A-1Ex to A-B and a CUP (Conditional Use Permit) to
build, operate and maintain a manure digester, south of Schneider Road
near Church Road intersection, Section 33. =20
Written comments on the digester may be submitted before the public
hearing date to the Town of Springfield, 6157 CTH P, Dane, WI 53529 or
via email to townhall@town.springfield.wi.us All written comments will
be forwarded to the Town of Springfield's Plan Commission.
