Running =
for Public Office
The =
Town Board of Supervisors consists of a Town Chair and four Supervisors =
who are at-large and represent the entire town’s population. =
Two Supervisors are elected to two-year terms which expire in even =
years. Two Supervisors are elected to two-year terms expiring in =
odd years, along with the Town Chair.
Town =
elections are held the first Tuesday in April. The seat is taken =
by the newly elected supervisor on the evening of the Annual Town =
Meeting held on the third Tuesday in April.
Pursuant to =
Wis. Stats., papers must be filed with the Town Clerk no later than 5:00 =
p.m. on the first Tuesday in January. If any of the required forms =
are not filed by the deadline, the candidate’s name will not be =
placed on the ballot.

Just a reminder to residents of the Town of Middleton as the winter we=
ather arrives. Please remember that Town plow trucks need room to man=
euver during the snowfalls this winter. This means
that vehicles need to be parked off the pavement.
In addition, we ask residents
not to push the snow from driveways on to the streets.
These will actions will help everyone as snow becomes a more frequent =
event this winter.
