Hello,
For those of you who have signed up for our new Email notification system t=
hat allows you to select what types of emails you wish to receive, this is =
probably a duplicate email. Our old system, which we are phasing out, had =
a glitch over the last few days. This caused me to be unable to send out t=
onight's Plan Commission agenda before now. You may find the agenda here:=

The Town's website is designed to grow and change to meet the needs of the =
public, board and committees. Email announcements are a great way to keep =
the public updated on the Town's events and activities the Boards and Commi=
ttees are involved in. We understand the frustration of too many emails se=
nt to you so the Town has made some changes.
You will now have the opportunity to subscribe/select what notifications yo=
u would like the town to send to your email.
The areas you will now be able to select to receive emails on will be*:
* Town Meetings
* Garbage/Recycling/Bulk Pick Up/Chipping
* Public Works/Streets
* Election & Voter Information
* Herbicide Spraying
* Lost & Found
* Events & Recreation
*You may select as many or as few as you would like.
To achieve this change, we are requesting that ALL the email subscribers re=
-subscribe to the Town's new subscribe list by the end of the year (Decembe=
r 31, 2015). *It should be noted that until the end date you will be recei=
ving more than one notification as we change to the new system. All curren=
t subscribers on the old system who have not re-subscribed will be removed =
January 1, 2016. We apologize for this inconvenience but feel that this is=
an improvement.
To re-subscribe:
1. Click on Stay Connected Receive Email Notifications<http://town.mid=

ICKFORM> on our website.
2. Enter your name.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Select the area that you would like to receive emails on.
5. Enter the number shown into the "Security Code" field.
6. Submit.
7. A verification email will be sent to you.
8. Verify with your email.
