[MWForum]Syntax not working

I am trying to create a simple macro substitution but
the local variable syntax is not working, so I am
clearly missing a step!

The help file shows the follow, but tells me "I don't
know how to to"

to square :size
repeat 4 [fd :size rt 90]
end

My desired result is:

to shape :value
repeat :value [fd 100 re 360 / :value]
end
