This is what the MicroWorlds Pro HELP says:
 

Media Objects: Music, Sounds, Movies 

Music, sounds (recorded and imported), and movies all work 
in a similar way.

You can import music, sounds, and movies using the File 
menu. Choose Import, then the type of file that you want to 
import.

In the case of movies, you can click the Video Tool  in the 
Toolbar.

A dialog box will open. Locate and open the folder where 
the particular type of files are stored. The table below 
displays the file extensions for the various types of 
media. For example, if you choose Import Music, only music 
files (extensions .MID , .MIDI, .RMI, .MP3 and .M3U) are 
displayed.
