Hi Martha,
Yes, this list/website is a private one-It is attached to our home
page-which was setup and is maintained by our son..So this is not a part of
Rootsweb, Ancestry, etc..
There is not much in the way of Shelby photo's...of the early ones Gov
Isaac Shelby appears to be 'it'.
FOR ALL --This will get you to the Shelby part..It is there for anyone to
use-just give full credit, where credit is due! AND, please, don't post the
data to ANY website on the Internet without letting me know first!
The photos of Wales are on the page by permission of the photographer..If
you want to use them, you'll HAVE to go to his website and get his
permission! Its a good website..you'll enjoy it :-)

DAR..Contact the chapter in your area-you have to work thru them.....Your
library should know how to make contact with them..Or better yet if you
have a genealogy society that could help.
No, use photocopies of everything, certified is not necessay..
For each generation, you need birth, marriage, death, of each couple; and
of course proof of child to parent back to the RW.
DAR now requires photocopies of the actual census pages, or other
documents-Bible, tombstone, deed, etc, etc..they used to take your word
that you hand copied data and records correctly..not anymore.
