Possibly a Mr. Rose who lived at Coacklake Farm gave the talk. I seem to =
think he moved to Devon.

Sue,
=20
Nancy says that she does not know anything about Dr Westover other =
than that in the Wedmore Chronicles. About 10 years ago a man from =
Allerton gave a talk to the Wedmore Society about Westover. He had =
transcribed and analysed Westover's diary. He said he was going to =
publish his work. I do not know whether he did; he moved out of Somerset =
soon after (to Devon I think). I can't remember his name. If you are a =
regular visitor to the Local History library in Taunton you could ask =
David Bromwich who he was and whether the Westover work was published. =
If it was the library will probably have a copy. David should also know =
the whereabouts of the Westover diary itself; I think that it may not =
have been in the SRO.=20
