LONG DAY'S JOURNEY COMES TO AN END
Ok, its gloating time and the winner is....Oren Epstein...!!!
What! Wait! Who?=20
Yes ladies and germs, Oren Epstein, an associate of Ergo Entertainment =
who is best known for his web-related statements...."Give me any =
comments now because I am not fixing anything later." and "Tell Jay to =
just run with it." has come thru big time.
As most of you know we have raised the $100,000 committment for the =
Bdway production of Long Days Journey into night and now are officially =
Assoc. Producers of a Ergo's first Bdway show. Yeeshai, you can die a =
fulfilled man. You made it baby.
(ed. note, Yeeshai's life long goal was to be a "Bdway" producer.)
MEET THE INVESTORS
Phil Rovt
Oren introduced Ergo to Phil Rovt a young high school alum of Oren's. =
Phil is a businessman who I is presently in school in Florida. He has =
always expressed an interest in supporting Oren. Oren graciously turned =
Phil on to our project. Phil is excited to be invested as this is his =
first investment in the "arts" and in Broadway.

Pitch: Donny and Oren
Avram and Rhoda Freedberg
Mr. Freedberg was introduced to Ergo via his son Jon, who is a financial =
manager in Hollywood at Sony Pictures Classics. Jon, is a cousin of the =
Ergo family continually providing advice, know how and information. =
Thru Oren's intro to Donny, Jon has become an integral part of the Ergo =
think tank process. Consistently telling Donny why he's wrong, Jon has =
gained even more credibility with Elie and Yeeshai.
Jon and his father have always encouraged Ergo to bring our projects to =
Avram for consideration. Donny picked up the telephone to Avram to gain =
interest and Avram did all he could to help. Even when it was thought =
that Avram would not invest (ed. note, Vanessa Redgrave's involvement in =
this project has been no small obstacle to our investors' generosity) =
Avram graciously fielded three families to pitch at his Conn. home. =
After those three potential investors cancelled, Avram recruited Mr. =
Beren and his wife to listen to our pitch. Avram deserves a thank you =
not only for his unswerving trust in us but for his hard work in helping =
us pitch. As if that were not enough he and his wife Rhoda invested one =
unit.

Keren and Stephane (pronouced Stephanie) Berens
This gracious, friendly couple were introduced in the Conn. Freedberg =
parlor meeting. They were cold pitched for one hour and they got back =
to us within a week with a yes. Elie commented that Mr. Berens asked =
him some of the most pointed and astute questions of all the potential =
investors we canvassed. Mr. Berens has expressed an interest to Elie =
that he be included as much as possible in the marketing and advertising =
meetings. We will try to make that happen. Its good to see investors =
taking an active role in the projects we bring to them. We are happy to =
welcome these energetic new faces aboard.

"Jimmy"=20
An argument can me made that there is no greater supporter of Ergo =
Entertainment, LLP than the man we know as Jimmy. The Shim-inator is a =
model of trust, friendship, kindness, generosity, and involvement. He =
travelled with us to Sundance. He invested in Let it Snow. He donated =
funds to Paper Clips and he rallied the troops for the Dudu Fisher show. =
Now Shimmy extends his generosity and hopefully will lend his succesful =
business touch to Long Days Journey into Night. Yeeshai talked to =
Shimmy and sealed the deal first thing in two week pitch to close. A =
truly impressive one man project for Yeeshai - give the man some coffee. =
A special thanks to Yeeshai for bringing us Shimmy, a model of =
consistency and faith in our company. =20

Special mention to Elie, who was the "answer man" in this project. Great =
job preparing those packets for the potential investors and great job =
knowing the answer to each and every question posed to you by a =
potential investor.
And so to some up....self congrats are in order.....to each and everyone =
of us that worked even a little bit towards this goal. We must remain =
ever vigilent to bring in new investors. After all, performing for our =
investors is the only way this little company is going to grow. Now we =
all have to pray and spread the word and hope this show is a wild =
success.
