Dear All:

Further to Donny's email of earlier today, and at the risk of stating the obvious, the Ergo partners wanted to remind everyone that the information contained in the newsletter and indeed, any information about Ergo to which you are privy, should be held in strictest confidence and should not be discussed with anyone outside of the company.

As a valued Ergo team member, we very much want to include you in our day-to-day pursuits and indeed, we hope our ever-growing list of credits and projects will inspire you to become even more active and productive on behalf of the company.  However, you must also recognize that sensitive information such as investor names, investment amounts, cumulative contributions by Ergo to a given project, the contractual nature of Ergo's involvement in a given project, and other similar financial and legal information, MUST remain within the company only and has no place in any discussion with anyone (including family and close friends), however harmless you feel that information may be.  If you ever have a question in this area, please feel free to ask any of the partners. 

Again, no doubt you all were instinctively aware of this need for the strictest confidentiality but it's worth repeating so that there can be no question as to the official Ergo policy in this matter.
