[frers-list]Rating on the Chesapeake Bay

I'm looking for a racer/cruiser and am (possibly) interested in the Frers
33.  I would race on the Chesapeake Bay and am wondering what PHRF rating
these boats have here and how do you feel they sail to the rating?  

Also, how have the boats held up and what kinds of "typical" repairs have
been required -- like mast-step related problems or core/blistering issues?.

I noticed that there are a couple of these boats on the Chesapeake Bay
(Selby Bay -- very near my area -- West River) so if the owners are reading
this, what are the chances of hitching a ride?.
