Hi Guys,
Hope everyone is out sailing. I am enclosing a note/request from Bill Petersen which is self explanatory. I haven't had any problems myself but perhaps someone who has could respond.

Nice tuning guide your group put together. I have hull #12 in Marina del Rey CA. I am looking for some input on mast steps. Mine it seems is compressing, crack at hull to keel joint under mast step and water weeping in from port aft side of step in bilge. Surveyor says there is a high moisture content at the mast step. Any ideas, repairs, reason your group of owners may have ? Like to hear some thoughts before I get the grinder out. Boat is in beautiful shape other wise.
