I had this problem after I had the mast step fixed.=A0 What needs to be don=
e is to grind out the crack area and reglass it in the yard when the boat i=
s hauled.
=A0
The second year it developed a second smaller crack in the same area=A0that=
 also had to be repaired.=A0 After that I've had no additional problems.=A0=
 It's a relatively straight forward fix but those water getting into the bo=
at things make me nervous so I had the yard do the work.

Nice tuning guide your group put together.=A0 I have hull #12 in Marina del=
 Rey CA.=A0 I am looking for some input on mast steps.=A0 Mine it seems is =
compressing, crack at hull to keel joint under mast step and water weeping =
in from port aft side of step in bilge.=A0 Surveyor says there is a high mo=
isture content at the mast step.=A0 Any ideas, repairs, reason your group o=
f owners may have ?=A0 Like to hear some thoughts before I get the grinder =
out.=A0 Boat is in beautiful shape other wise.
