Ladies and Gents,

In the tuning guide it says the forestay should be 46'1" (ish) from the
"hounds" to the pin. Traditionally, the hounds refer to where the the
uppers attach to the mast. Is this supposed to be a pin to pin
measurement? Just curious as I just bought mine last year and no matter
what I did to tune the rig, I had some pretty serious weather helm once the
breeze got up above 12-15knts. The previous owner used spartite and had
the rig in the center. I plan on removing the spartite and placing the rig
in the aft most position at the step and 1" off the partner as I've read on
the site.

Any info on correcting weather helm, forestay measurements, etc would be
greatly appreciated.

Gracias.
