Does anyone know what topsides paint was originally used and what, after
abrading, should, if any, be used for an epoxy tiecoat or primer,
or is another approach recommended and if so, for what reason ?

Epoxy (or other) topsides experience, would also be appreciated.

Thanks again,

Courtney

"Any people anywhere, being inclined and having the power, have the
right to rise up, and shake off the existing government, and form a new
one that suits them better.
This is a most valuable - a most sacred right - a right, which we hope
and believe, is to liberate the world." - Abraham Lincoln

"Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force!
Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master." - George
Washington

"Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion of a
day, but a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished period,
unalterable through every change of ministers, too plainly prove a
deliberate, systematical plan of reducing us to slavery." - Thomas Jefferson

"The central bank is an institution of the most deadly hostility
existing against the principles and form of our Constitution. I am an
Enemy to all banks discounting bills or notes for anything but Coin. If
the American People allow private banks to control the issuance of their
currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and
corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the People of
all their Property until their Children will wake up homeless on the
continent their Fathers conquered".....Thomas Jefferson
