Hi Courtney,
I modified the keel. Took off 7", 240 lb. Had Mars Keels do the lead bulb in 2 bolt-through halves with bolt holes pre-drilled. Have pics of the process. So from standard 6'3" draft, went down to 5'8", but with glass over bulb, drawing 5'81/2". Kept the stub so I can remove bulb and bolt stub back on, up through the bottom if I ever sell it back into the 1 design fleet.
Will send measurement requested later. Need to go to boat and measure.
