I am pretty confident in what is in there for Equinox (modified 2010). It was developed after a season of experimentation with the rig based upon our conditions here in Nova Scotia, if your winds are lighter I would go with a bit less. I could only go with what people would tell me.
I will leaving searching the archives to others more familiar with the site.

Former owner Equinox

Subject: [frers-list]rig tune - loos settings?
I have the tuning guide from the class website. There is not much data in the table on page 14 called sample rig measurements. I have borrowed a Loos gauge this year and I am looking for any recommendations for setting D1, D2 and D3 tension. Also is there any way to search the entire archives?
