To All,

Thanks for your cooperation so far.  Please review the followings and let me know if you have any questions:

1)      Some employees are experiencing a trouble when they process the registration.  If so, please do not hesitate to contact me.  

2)      You have two steps:  registration process for payroll and benefit enrollment after completion of your registration.  Must be completed by March 17 to get your benefits in timely fashion.  Even if you will not participate in medical and dental benefits, you must do so to waive them.

3)      With regard to your monthly medical contribution, you can find them in Health and Welfare Benefits Enrollment Form in Booklet Arnold has distributed. For example, Single or Family monthly contribution is $131.41/ $682.50 for OXF-LIB Access PPO and $74.41/ $501.50 for OXF0LIB HMO.

4)      OXF0LIB HMO plan is available only to NJ staffs (Network issue, not Maxlite choice) and has deductibles (1K for single, 2K for family).  There will be no deductible support by Maxlite as of April 1.

Great news! We are now beginning our partnership with ADP TotalSource®, which will bring you access to many advantages. First, however, you will need to follow the steps outlined below right away to complete your one-time registration for the ADP TotalSource system. During the process, you'll find out more about why we have invested in this partnership and what it means for you.

Employee Registration Process:

1.	Click here and then click on "Register Now" to begin the ADP security system registration process. While registering, you will be asked for a registration passcode.

a.	Please make sure to use Internet Explorer or Firefox when registering and completing the eConversion wizard.
b.	The registration pass code for Maxlite, Inc. is Maxlite-95447
c.	You'll be prompted to verify your identity by entering your name, month and date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Note: If all of these identification fields are not visible, then your data has not completely loaded to ADP's security systems. Simply close your browser and try again later.

2.	You'll receive an email with your login information for My TotalSource®.
3.	Log in to www.MyTotalSource.com to complete the one-time My TotalSource registration process.

a.	First, watch the ADP TotalSource welcome video
b.	Then, complete the registration process and verify your information

4.	Once registration is complete, you can log in to MyTotalSource to enroll in benefits, update your information and review your Employee Welcome Kit, which is located under the My Company tab. You'll also find more details on all the great advantages you have access to now that your company is partnering with ADP TotalSource.
