[MaxLite] Electronic MDF

Dear All,

 

Now we integrate MDF into SM100 database, which means we enter MDF into the
system and utilize it in SM100, real time.

 

It works as follows:

 

-         Enter/maintain MDF: most of you are not going to do this. Someone
will do.

-         We will pop it up when we need it. Currently, in "Order Entry",
"Query Order", "Query Order Lines", "Ouery  order state", "Invoice",
"Invoice History", and "Customer management" module do it. When you query a
customer information who has eligible MDF information registered, SM100 will
display red-blinking MDF button on the module.



Clicking the button will pop up a dialog box which shows all registered MDF
for a customer.

For now, it is not 100% automatic process. That is to say, SM100 does not
automatically waive freight charge of customers in invoice process only if
there is entered MDF data for freight charge waiver. Instead, it only give
you red-blinking MDF button for your attention. 

Starting from this, let's discuss on how to enhance/utilize electronically
accumulated MDF data.
