[MaxLite] Employee Self Service Rollout - US EMPLOYEES ONLY

I am entering vacations for this week in ADP still. Is that right? I have the personal sign on to the new payroll but don't have the version with the employees to approve anything. Let me know otherwise.

EFFECTIVE MONDAY JULY 1, 2019, WE WILL BE IMPLEMENTING A PRICE CHANGE DUE TO THE RECENT 15% TARIFF IMPOSED IN MAY 2019. ALL PRICING WILL NEED TO BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.

Dear MaxLite US employees:

We are about to roll out Paylocity, our new payroll system to replace ADP. I think you're going to like the change, and with the newer technologies that drive Paylocity, our new payroll system will be easier to use. Please take note of this important information:

Attached are two documents that provide you with registration information for accessing the portal and a sample pay stub to prepare you for the first payroll. Please take note of our company number with Paylocity: 92288. You will need this to complete your registration.

We ask that everyone have their new accounts set up by no later than Wednesday July 10, 2019. The July 12th payroll will be processed thru Paylocity.

In order to make sure we have your most up to date information, please review below for accuracy by logging into paylocity.com<http://www.paylocity.com> within the next few days. Please follow the system paths in order to navigate to the correct screen.

Employee > Employee payroll file > Personal > Demographics:

  *   First and Last Name
  *   Social Security Number (please hit the "show" button to view)
  *   Address
  *   Phone Number
  *   Personal Email Address

Employee > Employee payroll file > Work > Location:

  *   Work Email Address

Employee > Employee payroll file > Payroll Setup > Taxes:

  *   State Assigned for Withholding
  *   Number of Exemptions
  *   Tax Type (If you see "Exempt" listed - please verify with your Human Resource Department)

Employee > Employee payroll file > Payroll Setup > Deductions:

  *   Benefit Deductions
  *   Retirement Deductions
  *   Child Support or Garnishments

Employee > Employee payroll file > Payroll Setup > Direct Deposit:

  *   Routing Number
  *   Account Number
  *   Account Type (Checking or Savings)

Additionally, I am excited to announce that Paylocity offers their portal through your Mobile device to make ease of accessing your check stubs, requesting time off and other basic functions available no matter where you are. Please note the following:

*        We will be going 100% paperless, only those receiving "live" checks will continue to receive accordingly.

*        It is also strongly recommended that you collect all pay data in ADP (including paystubs and W-2's) for record keeping purposes. Once we no longer have access to ADP we will not be able to produce paystubs from prior years.
